Wishing our Churchlands families a happy start to the 2022 school year and a Happy New Lunar Year! I hope that the Year of the Water Tiger brings extra courage, flexibility, happiness and prosperity to you all. When I see your children, I’d love to hear about the celebrations and family traditions you have.
This time of year brings many fond memories of when I was living and teaching in Vietnam. We cleaned our home, brushed away negative spirits, prepared a feast and celebrated with friends. The flowers and lanterns looked beautiful in the streets. Sometimes we were lucky to receive a red envelope!

My support sessions will begin after I confirm the EALD Census. Eligible students will receive a letter home in the coming weeks. I look forward to meeting new parents at the school and catching up with some familiar faces too.
