What a fantastic performance from our Churchlands Primary School Athletics Team at the Interschool Athletics Carnival!
Our students represented Churchlands with great effort, enthusiasm, determination and sportsmanship throughout the day. There were some excellent individual performances across the various track and field events, but what stood out most was the way our students worked together as a team, supporting and encouraging each other from start to finish.
The extra practice, hard work and dedication shown by our students in the lead-up to the carnival certainly paid off. Many students gave up extra time to practise their events and worked hard to improve their skills and performances. It was fantastic to see this commitment translate into such a strong team result.
We are very proud to announce that Churchlands Primary School finished 2nd overall! This is a fantastic achievement and a reflection of the effort and teamwork shown by the entire team.
A special congratulations to our Individual Runner Champions:
Year 4 Girls – Holly
Year 4 Boys – Seb O
Year 5 Girls – Tayla
Congratulations to Holly, Seb O and Tayla on an outstanding achievement!
A huge well done to every member of the Churchlands Athletics Team. Whether you competed in a track event, field event or supported the team from the sidelines, every contribution was important. Your determination, teamwork and sportsmanship made us incredibly proud.
Thank you also to the staff and families who supported our students throughout the carnival and helped make the day such a memorable experience.
Congratulations, Churchlands — what a fantastic team effort!
