What an incredible day at the pool! On Thursday, a team of our talented Churchlands Primary School swimmers represented us with pride at the 2025 Churchlands Network Interschool Swimming Carnival, held at Perth HPC and proudly coordinated by School Sport WA.
Our students joined swimmers from eight neighbouring schools for a full day of fierce but friendly competition, showing remarkable determination, resilience, and team spirit across all events.
The carnival featured nine schools from across/around the Churchlands Network, with CPS finishing in 6th place overall, with a total of 131 points – an effort we are incredibly proud of given the strength of competition and the calibre of swimmers across the day.

🌟 Student Highlights
A standout performer on the day was Magnus F, who was named Runner-Up Year 6 Champion Boy, earning impressive placings across all of his individual events – including a fantastic 1st place finish in Breaststroke.
Magnus was also part of our Year 6 Boys Medley Relay Team, alongside Will S, Edmund L, and Adam H, who powered through the final leg to secure a 1st place finish in their relay event – an exciting highlight of the day!
