This week, we were delighted to welcome students from Newman College to visit our beautiful garden and learn about the sustainability practices we have in place at CPS. Our students proudly shared the many initiatives we are involved in, including Containers for Change, composting, our thriving garden, chickens, and the worm farm.
As a special gesture, Newman College gifted us a stunning arrangement of flowers and bee baths to enhance our garden. We are very grateful for their generosity and support in helping us continue to care for our environment.
We also want to remind everyone that our Containers for Change drive is still happening! We are very grateful for all the contributions so far. The drive will conclude next Thursday, 11th September, and the funds raised will help us upgrade our chicken coop and create a new herb garden. There’s still time to contribute and make a difference!
