DUCKs @ Claremont Therapeutic Riding Centre

Claremont Therapeutic Riding Centre (CTRC) provides horse riding for therapy, sport, recreation and training for children and adults of all abilities. With a focus on inclusion and participation, CTRC is striving to provide the best facilities, horses and well-trained staff to uphold the aim of providing a centre of valuable community benefit in the heart of Perth.

The focus of the Term 2 DUCKs program centres on a community volunteer event. We are pleased to partner with CTRC to assist them with the maintenance of their facilities. We encourage all dads/grandfathers/father figures and their kids (all ages) to join us as we lend a needed and appreciated hand, followed by a sausage sizzle. Note: We won’t be riding horses, although there may be opportunities to interact with them.

Start: 2pm
Finish: 4pm
+ free sausage sizzle

Wear old clothes, long pants & closed shoes

Confirming attendee numbers & declaring any allergies (eg. horsehair) is important in helping us plan the day.
