Recently, our student councilors, as well as hundreds of students across the state went to the city’s convention center to learn all about leadership from the GRIP leadership team.
There we learned about the responsibilities and duties of a student leader, how to make the perfect bright idea and when to know it is your time to lead.
We learned that leaders follow through on promises and do what they said they would and also do what they feel is right. We learned about creating new ideas that would benefit the school. The excursion was an overall success and we all learned alot about leadership and how we can make a positive influence on our school.
